Privacy Policy

We support the privacy initiative of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which means you are protected from Prosilience storing and using any information about you without consent. You can request (at no cost to you) that we remove your data from our systems at your will. We’ve added privacy caveats to all of our public-facing forms to make sure users understand how we store and collect data.

Type of information we collect:

Prosilience is the “controller” of the personal data you provide to us. We only collect basic personal data about you, which does not include any special types of information or location-based information. We ask for your name and email address so that we can contact you at the start of a project.

Why we need your data:

We need to know your basic personal data to provide you with ongoing organizational updates. We will not collect any personal data from you that we do not need to provide and oversee this service to you.

Because we are collecting your data, we take extra care with our security. We ensure that all of our sites can be accessed through secure HTTPS protocols.

What we do with your data:

All personal data we process is reviewed and stored securely by our employees and contractors for the purpose of communicating throughout a project. We cannot control what access third parties have to your data without your consent. Prosilience does not share, rent, sell or lease your personal information to any unaffiliated person or entity for any reason and without your fully expressed consent.

We use MailChimp to occasionally send newsletters that update you on new articles, white papers and tools we produce. You will always have the option to opt out of subscription of these emails using the unsubscribe links at the bottom of each newsletter. If you do not wish to receive emails from Prosilience, please use the unsubscribe link at the bottom and top of each newsletter.

This site is hosted through Cloudflare, and they might record some data, such as IP address, to secure your connection and diagnose issues.

How long we keep your data:

We keep basic personal data, contact details, and any information you give us for marketing or promotional purposes until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive and store this information.

Your rights:

If at any point you believe the information we process is incorrect, you can request to see this information and request to have it corrected and/or deleted. It is your right to view and update any personal information we have about you. Or, if you wish to raise a complaint about how we have handled your personal data, you can contact us to have the matter investigated.
